Lucas Martin
PhD StudentI studied physics at Oxford University where I took a biophysics module and became fascinated by the microscopic world. In 2025 after graduating with a masters in physics, I applied for the IMPRS program, and soon after began research in Bonnie Murphy’s group as a PhD student. Here I have been working closely with Daniel Schaefer and Olivia Pfeil-Gardiner on method development in cryo electron microscopy, particularly in angle resolved 4D STEM.
